Son of a Portuguese immigrant on his father's side and grandson of Italian immigrants on his mother's side.

Fernando Liporaci Hilario, when he was born, his parents had already gone through all the difficulties that all immigrants faced in our country, and after all there efforts, they were able to provide comfort and safety for Fernando. The maternal grandfather Fernando Alberto Liporaci was a great personality and extremely kind. He was very charitable in the Jacarepaguá region, always concerned with the neediest population, he was recognized by the municipality of Rio de Janeiro and given the name Rua Alberto Liporaci to a street in the Parish of Jacarepaguá. Fernando always listened to his parents' stories of struggles and glory and at the age of 13 he surprised his parents by asking for some tools and informing them that he would start working with his best friend installing TV antennas.

At first, his parents were against it, even because of his young age, but soon after, his mother convinced his father to authorize it. The fact is that best friends Fernando, at 13, and Marco, at 15, started installing TV antennas and worked prosperously for 3 years.

When Marco went to AMAM, Fernando started working with events for another 2 years. Fernando and his father invested in rural production, bought a farm in Rio Bonito and started supplying CEASA/RJ for a few years. Beans, Tomatoes, watermelon and pumpkins. After a few years, Fernando established a business consulting company, providing consultancy in some segments: Marble making, lumber, constructions material and finally the fish trade. Today Fernando works in the Wholesale Trade of Fish, Incorporation an Civil Construction. Today, Fernando operates in the Wholesale Fish Trade, Real Estate Development, and Construction.

He has just embarked on another challenge. Now in Europe, together with his family members adding all the experience in civil construction from South America and Europe will constitute the Apolo Way Company.

On December 12th 2014, Fernando was decorated at the Pedro Ernesto with the Cross of Merit of the Entrepreneur Juscelino Kubitschek in the chivaric degree of Commander.

Fernando holds a Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and a Bechelor degrees in civil engineering, both graduated from Estacio de Sá University.
